4D POA Board Member Election Results
We are excited to announce the results of the October 10, 2026, election. The new board members are:
Michelle Wininger
Justin Rourke
Paul Sanders
The first meeting of the new Board will be on Saturday, November 14th, 2026, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. A November Board meeting agenda is forthcoming.

The board wants to thank those volunteers who devoted their personal time to provide election oversight.
A very special thanks to all members who brought delicious food and helped clean up the Community Center after the Potluck.
Community News
The burn ban has been lifted. 4D observes and follows the Wood County burn ban.
The Board will continue to post and remove burn ban signs in the community. If you have questions about when a burn ban is being observed, please consult Wood County: Wood County Home | Wood County, Texas.
The speed bumps throughout the community will be painted between October 24th and October 31st, 2026.

The Community Center Cleanup on Saturday October 3rd in preparation of the election of three new board member on October 10th , 2026 was a huge success.
The board wishes to thank all the volunteers who devoted their private time to cleaning and making repairs to the Community Center and the grounds surrounding it.
The election of three new board members will occur on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 10:00 am with a community potluck immediately after the election.

The 4D POA Board Of Directors has instituted a community wide BURN BAN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Thank you for your cooperation.
Our Board Meeting will be held at the Community Center on September 12th, 2026. It begins at 10:00 am and is open to all community members. We respectfully ask you to leave your firearms at home.
We invite any volunteers to meet the board members on Saturday October 3rd , 2026 at 10:00 am to prepare the Community Center for the October 10th , 2026 community meeting and new board member vote.
The Community Annual Meeting and voting to fill board vacancies is on Saturday October 10th , 2026 at 10:00 am. We welcome all volunteers. We respectfully ask you to leave your firearms at home.
Wildlife Sightings
A Bobcat was sighted by a resident at White Oak Lake.
A Black Bear was sighted by a resident on the common area across from Catfish Pond. Black Bears are a threatened species in Texas- it is illegal to kill, injure, capture, or transport a Black Bear with penalties including fine and jail time, plus civil restitution that can exceed $12,000 dollars. Please report sightings to out local TPWD biologist or Texas Game Warden – one district number circulating is 903.566.1626 Extension 2406.
Evidence of wild hogs was found on the common area across from Catfish Lake as well as on a resident’s property on Pine Bluff Lake.

Monthly assessment invoices will be released Friday, July 10th, picking up from where they left off in SeptemberhereOn June 29, 2026, the Wood County District Court ruled in favor of the 4D Country Estates POA and Board of Directors (Cause No. 2025-563), finding the POA a valid organization with full authority to operate, that the Board acted properly, dissolving the temporary injunction, and denying every claim brought against the POA and Board. A copy of the signed judgment is posted

Due to a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) filed by Jon Stinson, the Special Board ratification has been cancelled. We will resume these matters after a judge has ruled on 11/24/2025.
10/15/2025
A Special Board ratification vote will be held at the Community Center on November 15th, 2025 at 10:30 am. This vote asks the community to officially vote for the current board and any others that want to serve.
