Meet Our Board Candidates

Four community members have volunteered to fill the Three vacancies and serve on the POA Board.

Justin Roark

Justin Roark has a home on White Oak Lake and is currently on the “Property Preservation Committee.

I am an East Texas native who has two decades of experience in leadership, recruiting, business development, training, and organizational management. In my current role as a Recruiting Manager in the healthcare industry, I oversee hiring operations, manage a team, implement processes and technologies, and work closely with senior leadership to the  improve the organization’s operations effectively.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for strong leadership, accountability, innovation, and the ability to build productive teams and processes. He have developed training programs, established standard operating procedures, managed performance goals, and worked collaboratively with leaders across many organizations.

My interest in serving on the Board is to bring my professional experience, practical approach, and commitment to effective communication to the community. I believe a successful POA should be responsive, responsible with community resources, and focused on maintaining and improving the community while representing homeowners fairly.

I would appreciate the opportunity to serve the members and contribute to the continued success of the community.

Michelle Wininger

Michelle has her home on Catfish Pond.

We had no idea what to expect when we stumbled upon the ad for a property at 4D Country Estates here in Winnsboro, TX. Yet, within just 15 minutes of stepping onto the back porch of “Cabin 10”, my husband Steve and I knew this would be our home. Under the pines and on the pond, we quickly turned it into a sanctuary for our family, friends, and local wildlife. That deep appreciation for the unique charm of 4D and the wonderful neighbors we have met along the way inspired me to put my name forward for consideration to be a member of the POA board.  I am eager to contribute to our community growth while protecting our land, wildlife, and history, all while keeping 4D warm and welcoming for new neighbors.

Before retiring from the corporate world in 2009, I spent 20 years in telecommunications specializing in accounting, profit and loss analysis, project management, and database design.  My deep background in finance has given me a sharp eye for detail, strong budgeting skills, and a habit of double checking the numbers.  I know how to evaluate financial statements, keep projects on schedule, and make smart, transparent decisions that protect community assets and keep property values rising.

The members ARE the heart and soul of 4D. As we move forward, I embrace the challenge of keeping our roots strong while encouraging new ideas and progress. It’s all about finding that sweet spot where we stay true to what matters to us all but also stay on top of the game in a world that's always changing. By keeping the lines of communication open and working together, we can create an environment where tradition and innovation go hand in hand, leading to a vibrant community that we can all be proud of.

I would love the opportunity as a board member to put those exact skills to work for 4D Country Estates by bringing clear financial oversight, accountability, and good neighborly governance.

Paul Sanders

Paul has a home on White Oak Lake.

As a realtor and former sales and marketing professional with a Fortune 70 company, I offer clients a strong business sense coupled with my talents in interior and landscape design. This combination affords me the ability to assist buyers and sellers successfully with every facet of the real estate transaction—from staging a home (both inside and out) to negotiating the “best deal” on the sale or purchase.

I have consistently ranked over the years in the top 1-1.5% of real estate agents in DFW. I received the coveted award as Rookie of the Year in my first year as a realtor negotiating and closing more transactions and dollar volume than any of the 100+ new agents that year in one of the largest brokerages in America.  I have restored or rehabilitated many notable historic residences throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, New Orleans, and Philadelphia. I am passionate about sharing my insights on quality home restoration to help people achieve maximum return on their investments.

As a volunteer in the past, I have lent my expertise to both local and international public health organizations, such as the Community Health Africa Trust, which provides medical services to remote villages in Kenya, Africa. In addition, my lifelong dedication to horticulture and previous certification as a Master Gardener affords me many opportunities to educate the community on creative landscape design and eco-friendly perennial and butterfly gardening.

Approximately 8 years ago I was hunting for the perfect lake cabin and found myself drawn to 4D Country Estates because of the peaceful environment that the plethora of trees and ponds offered.  I have split my time between 4D Country Estates and my warehouse loft condominium in downtown Dallas ever since.

As a resident in 4D Country Estates, I have served on several committees, including the Architectural Review, Property Preservation, Short-Term Rental and By-Laws Review Committees.  As a potential board member, I desire to serve the community by helping to preserve the beautiful environment we all enjoy as well as ensuring that Board decisions serve to enhance the financial and personal investments we have all made in the community.
